- LARGE INSTRUMENT DROP OFF: loading zone in the alley behind the building
- CALL TIME: 12:30 PM
- CONCERT STARTS: 3:00 PM
- CONCERT ENDS: 5:00 PM
- PARKING: either on the street, or in the Everpark garage located at 2815 Hoyt (about 2 blocks from the Center between Hewitt and California) – FREE on the weekends
EXTRA INFO:
Please bring a music stand if you can. EPAC only has ~20 stands and we were asked to provide the rest of the stands. If you have a black Manhasset please bring it to the dress rehearsal and the concert. Make sure your name is on the stand. There is a secure Green room where we can leave instrument cases and personal belongings during the concert.
